Pleasant reception, room very clean and very comfortable bed. We had a room near the elevator, but we heard nothing, for it was a hydraulic lift. Located in a quiet neighborhood and downtown is within walking distance. Excellent breakfast and staff are really trying to help. Nice hotel, to remember for next time.

Good and clean hotel at 10/12 minutes walk from the center of Ghent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is also good for my taste
