It is a 4 star hotel with standards below a 2 star one. The whole building, from the reception to the parking is not fit for a hotel. They have adapted a commercial building to a very messy hotel. Really disapointing. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

This hotel was very good. Only unfortunate thing was that we could not see old city of the Lyon although we have reserved as we can see that. Except for that, the viewings from the chamber was great.
