Almost perfect, but its money is good

It was in terms of building and location is indeed worth 5 stars! But there nauwekijls someone English (and in any case!) They were only really interested in 'rich' clients such as when I asked them where the airport bus stopped, someone said "that does not run on Sunday" a taxi, while half hours later sat on that bus! There were expensive weddings but we heard no! We stayed on the fourth floor! was unfortunate that no pool '!

Good location close to El Pilar, nice rooms, easy parking.

The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which initially we were very impressed with as it was a very large comfortable room, although maybe getting a little dated. We soon found out why we got the free upgrade as the rooms were at the front of the hotel, 2 floors up and heard every noise from the street below. As we were in zaragoza at Fiesta time, it was a very noisy street!!! I think they should have warned us as i would have prefered a smaller standard but quiet room to the noisy one where we got no sleep all night.
