Staff were very friendly, rooms are small but clean and functional. Quiet location (certainly at the backside of the hotel) and right in the middle of the centre.

Good position to the town.

Unfortunately we could not use the reservation, by the illness of my wife, who could not travel. We have communicated this hotel. m.vr.gr.

We liked the convenience of the underground car park which belonged to the hotel, but it would have been helpful to have been informed of this when we booked. The bed was very comfortable and the linen pristine. We also found the city signage very helpful for finding the hotel.

Our reception was not very welcoming when we arrived. There were two girls on duty and they spent their time talking to each other and almost ignored us except for asking for the 5 Euros city tax and giving us the key. We were not encouraged by this to use the restaurant or stay for breakfast. Having had a very good greeting at Ibis Brugge, this was not a very good ending to our travels around Belgium and Germany. The bathroom was clean but extremely tiny and quite claustophobic. I'm very glad my husband and I are quite small in size - a large person might not have been able to manoevre themselves inside!!

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

Welcome of front desk upon arrival, efficient and fast check in, very friendly staff at breakfast, room is comfortable and very clean. Excellent location of hotel near center of Ghent.
