I've been a customer for many years at Ibis Germany / France / Belgium Gent Opera is ideally situated to the center, especially during the Gentse Feesten, especially the tram at the door
Defective heater in the bathroom. No toilet brush !!!!!! This one should not expect the room service. TV - Remote control broken part A buffet breakfast is OK but the fruit comes from the large bucket of salad, no lettuce better than this

Central location, parking at hotel, free use of Internet, good cafe and bars near by, at night our room at the back was quite, allowed to leave car in car park for almost the day to allow us to sight see with out charging
Lack of space around bed, small bathroom, no tea/coffee making facilities as standard in the UK. Difficult to find by car and did not state Ibis Opera outside (sign showed just Ibis)

Location, easy parking nearby.
Bathroom not big enough to swing a cat. Noisy, cannot close the door without slamming it. So when people are trying to sleep, all you can hear is banging doors.
