Very friendly staff.

Hote was clean, and functional. Location was good, but not as near the centre of Ghent as the address indicated, however not a bad location. Rooms were funtional, but small and the bathrooms were a challenge as they were exceptionally small. One major failing was that there were no hot drink facilities in the room.Breakfast was good, but the self service was chaotic at peak times.

I weas delighted with the hotel. I need to access my room on arrival as I had just an hour to get dressed for a wedding and the staff facilitated me in this request. The location is perfect and I will stay there again. The staff are charming both at reception and the young woman who served me in the restuarant was so courteous and helpful.

Some small room for 2 people for the price being asked my opinion this is not quite in proportion with each other. Experience shows that it is comfortable for the price.

OUR STAY WAS VERY GOOD-THE BAR SHOULD BE MORE BELGIAN LIKE

The Hotel is quite well located, near to the centre of the town (less than 10 minutes walking)but quite distant from the station (but there is a tram from the station, number 1, that stops in front of the hotel). The room was small and the same was the bathroom, but they were both quite confortable and clean. The breakfast was not included in the rate and it was very expensive (15 euros). By the way, we would stay there again if we went back to Gent.
