Hotel was fairly central, bar/lounge area comfortable and good for meeting friends
Poor customer service and poor organization. I had requested a non-smoking room when booking well in advance of my stay, but was put in a smoking room; it then took me some time to arrange to be moved, and the reception staff acted as though I was just making a fuss for no reason. The room was cramped and not as clean as I would expect, and there was almost no sound-proofing either with other rooms or the (very noisy) street below.

The front desk staff were very responsive, and helpful!
The shower had 2 different colors of mold, and the cleaning staff rarely left new cups after taking the old ones away. I had to go down to the desk almost every day, and ask for new cups.

Sitting in the center
Room very small. Arco too noisy, so had to actually open uitgezet.Raam, but this was too much (entertainment) sound outside. So too hot in the room

Centrally located with the No 1 tram stop outside the hotel which makes it ideal for travel from the main train station.
Yes I was sitatuated on the 1st Floor and it seemed to be very noisy during my brief stay.
